Villa Carisma
Villa Carisma is a modern villa designed with families in mind, with an infinity pool, lovely grass gardens, and glimpses of the sea between the trees, and views of Mount Ainos, Kefalonia’s highest peak, in the distance. Two double bedrooms plus a twin room — all en-suite — mean the kids get their own beds and bathroom, and the whole villa, with its private gardens, is exclusively yours. It sits on a large plot alongside our sister villa, Villa Arte, with which it shares gated parking.

Your Stay
A welcome pack awaits on arrival — coffee, soft drinks, bottled water, fresh fruit, and olive oil pressed from our own trees. Housekeeping is included: a full clean with fresh linens every 4th day, and pool cleaning every 2nd day.

Kefalonia International Airport (EFL) is about 20 minutes' drive away. Arriving by ferry, Pessada is closest at 10 minutes, with Poros (30–40 min), Sami (40–45 min), and Fiskardo (around 1hr 10) also within reach. We recommend hiring a car for the island — tap "Get directions" above for turn-by-turn from wherever you're starting.

Minimum stay is 3 days, price includes VAT.
To secure your booking, a 30% deposit is payable via bank transfer, with the remaining balance payable no later than 1 month before the check-in date. A security deposit of €300 is payable on arrival, and will be refunded upon checkout provided there is no damage to the villa or property.
