Villa Azzurro

Villa Azzurro is a modern villa designed for larger groups, with genuine sea views towards Zakynthos from every bedroom except the basement, a private pool with step entrance and outdoor shower, and a large dining terrace shaded by an electric pergola. Five en-suite bedrooms and a separate guest bathroom mean everyone gets their own space, and the whole villa — with your own private gated parking — is exclusively yours, set on a large plot alongside our sister villa, Villa Bambola.

A welcome pack awaits on arrival — coffee, soft drinks, bottled water, fresh fruit, and olive oil pressed from our own trees. Housekeeping is included: a full clean with fresh linens every 4th day, and pool cleaning every 2nd day.

Kefalonia International Airport (EFL) is about 20 minutes' drive away. Arriving by ferry, Pessada is closest at 10 minutes, with Poros (30–40 min), Sami (40–45 min), and Fiskardo (around 1hr 10) also within reach. 										The ten of us had a fabulous relaxing week in Neil’s beautiful and spotless villa. Neil and the housekeeper Alexandra were really accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Neil even collected pizzas for us on our late arrival and collected and stored our luggage on the last day as we had an evening flight. Hopefully we will be back.

										We had the most amazing few days at Neil’s villa! The pool was gorgeous and the views from the pool and the balcony above were incredible!! Neil was extremely helpful and welcoming, he really went out of his way to make sure we had a great stay! We loved every minute of it that we considered extended but unfortunately we had to get back. I highly recommend staying here and I’ll definitely be back, for longer next time! Thank youuu so much for everything Neil, you truly are the best!!

										We had the most incredible time at Neil's exquisite villa which exceeded our expectations even from the wonderful photos as seen online. The villa was meticulously cleaned and a perfect getaway for our family, with wonderfully sized rooms, a lovely open plan design and stunning views all around. We made full use of the facilities including the outdoor dining options, pool, bbq etc.  Neil is an exceptional host, very friendly and always accommodating our needs and answering our queries immediately. Would highly recommend staying at Neil's villa, we can't wait to return again!

										I cannot fault this villa, it was the perfect oasis getaway. It practically felt like we were in paradise, the villa was spotless and had all the amenities we needed to create amazing family memories. Everything was modern and spacious and Neil was the perfect host, making this whole booking seamless and stress free. We will definitely be returning again.

										The Villa is fantastic, exactly as described and in the photos, which was a pleasant surprise. You will need a car to get to the capital and the good beaches  but you have enough supermarkets and some very good restaurants only a short walk away.Neil is fantastic, very proactive and responsive and gave us some great recommendations. I’m sure we will be back!

										A beautiful and well-presented property, with picturesque views over the sea. Our group was very happy with the overall stay; the beds were comfortable, the property had almost everything we could have wanted, and Neil was very responsive. While you do need a car to get around, the beach was only a short walk away.The only downside for us was the check-in/check-out times, which could have been a little more flexible but were quite unforgiving. For the price and the size of a typical group staying here, having an extra hour to check out would have been very welcome. Getting a large group ready, eating breakfast, tidying up and loading the car before 10 a.m. when you're hoping for a leisurely break is a struggle at the best of times, but we were hurried out of the property at 9:55 a.m. the next morning. While I understand that time is needed to clean such a space, an extra hour in the morning would have made a big difference.

To secure your booking, a 30% deposit is payable via bank transfer, with the remaining balance payable no later than 1 month before the check-in date. The deposit is refundable up until 1 month before check-in — after this period, it becomes non-refundable. To book, or if you have any questions, please contact us at hello@premiumionianvillas.com.

A security deposit of €300 is payable on arrival, and will be refunded upon checkout provided there is no damage to the villa or property.
