Villa Insieme

Villa Insieme is our newest and most ambitious villa — a 200m² retreat set across two distinct buildings, designed for large groups or families who want both shared spaces and private retreats. Completed in 2024 on an expansive 4,000m² plot in the peaceful village of Mousata, it offers a rare blend of scale and seclusion. All five spacious en-suite bedrooms have genuine Ionian sea

The centrepiece is the extraordinary triple-experience pool. Spanning over 50m², it combines a deep lap pool, a safe shallow splash pool for little ones, and a dedicated walk-in seating area — all linked by elegant waterfall effects. Around it, a spacious alfresco dining area and BBQ station are made for long evening grills overlooking the sea, and the whole villa, with private parking for three cars, is exclusively yours.

Your Stay

A welcome pack awaits on arrival — coffee, soft drinks, bottled water, fresh fruit, and olive oil pressed from our own trees. Housekeeping is included: a full clean with fresh linens every 4th day, and pool cleaning every 2nd day. We’ll also meet you at the villa on arrival to show you around and answer any questions.

Kefalonia International Airport (EFL) is about 20 minutes' drive away. Arriving by ferry, Pessada is closest at 10 minutes, with Poros (30–40 min), Sami (40–45 min), and Fiskardo (around 1hr 10) also within reach. 										We had the most amazing stay at Neil’s place. The house is even better in real life and perfect for larger groups, we had 10 guests and never felt crowded.Literally everything you could possibly need - I couldn’t recommend this place more. Neil was also really helpful, and friendly throughout our stay - showed us everything we needed at property, was responsive across our time there, shared local recommendations and also allowed us to drop bags earlier on arrival / flexible checkout to accommodate later flights.

										This villa is amazing! Neil has built such a beautiful villa, it was modern and kept in very good condition. It is nearby many restaurants and shops, as well as the airport, Argostoli and the beach, making it very convenient. Neil was an amazing host, as he was very responsive, answered all of our questions and provided great advice & suggestions for places to visit / car rentals / restaurants etc. Our stay exceeded our expectations and we would definitely visit again!

										Went with a party of 8, the place was clean and spotless. Neil, the Host was there to greet us and was very responsive during our stay if we required anything. Amazing views, lots of space in and outdoor. The plus was every room had its own bathroom. This place really made our stay on the island. Yes, the price is a little high, but honestly you get what you pay for. Would recommend host and would stay again

										We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Insieme! The house layout with 2 separate buildings: 3 bdrms / 3 bathrooms in one and 2 bd/2 ba in the other was PERFECT for our mixed group of 9 ppl! Everything was meticulously maintained and brand new. The pools were amazing and we spent so much time in it. Plenty of nice layout chairs and permanent shades/umbrellas were a nice touch! Neil was super attentive to our questions beforehand and during and greeted us upon arrival and departure. I would highly rec this place for anyone staying on Kefalonia. One caveat was we didn't rent a car so getting to nearby restaurants was a bit of a walk (during the heat of the day in August), but we still managed. Boho was a very cute coffee / breakfast spot we discovered nearby. We also loved Denis down by the beach & Trapezaki restaurant, near the house. Net net, it was a 10/10 stay and we would love to come back. Stay here, you won't regret it! Yamas!

										This Villa exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Neil we felt right at home ! The villa is beyond gorgeous with the most breathtaking views and every single bedroom is perfect with lovely en suites . Really lovely restaurants in walking distance ( Our favourite was Trapezaki restaurant just a 3 minute walk away) . The pools are just amazing with sea views as far as the eye can see. We already cannot wait to return !

										Beautiful Villa that was perfect for our group. The view is absolutely stunning, the pools were amazing for the kids who were varying ages, and the layout of the villa and annexe with two bedrooms gave a great amount of communal space but still allowed a bit of privacy for our two families also. Lovely little taverna and small supermarket were both walkable at the end of the road with a few more restaurants/ cafes etc that were a few minutes further in the car. Beautiful few beaches 10mins drive away also. Neil and his staff were always available and responsive and helped out with whatever we needed. We would highly recommend.

To secure your booking, a 30% deposit is payable via bank transfer, with the remaining balance payable no later than 1 month before the check-in date. The deposit is refundable up until 1 month before check-in — after this period, it becomes non-refundable. To book, or if you have any questions, please contact us at hello@premiumionianvillas.com.

A security deposit of €300 is payable on arrival, and will be refunded upon checkout provided there is no damage to the villa or property.
