To secure your booking, a 30% deposit is payable via bank transfer with the remaining balance payable no later than 1 month before the check in date. Deposit is refundable up until 1 month before the check in date – after this period, the deposit is non-refundable. Security deposit of €300 is payable on arrival, and will be refunded upon checkout if there are no damages to the villa and/or property.
