Not a single complaint or... read more even a little annoyance - we had everything we could ask for. Neil is a brilliant host, friendly, helpful and very responsive and the housekeeping team are lovely too, popping in mid week to clean and change towels. The area is quiet so you do need a car to get around but there are a few good restaurants within a short walk - Boho bar - amazing breakfast/brunch/lunch and Veramente for dinner - the best restaurant of all that we ate at during the week. Thank you Neil and Lora and team for a wonderful stay.

I would recommend renting a car as some sights are a distance. There is a beach is within walking distance but it should be noted that if you are not accustomed to walking this could be a bit of a hike but we enjoyed the seclusion:)

We took some of Neil’s recommendations on restaurants and beaches and were not disappointed. The view from La Mer was beautiful and the food was delicious! We went to Avithos beach and just happened to witness loggerhead turtle hatchlings making their way to the water...AMAZING!!

Some of our activities included, scuba diving out of Agia Effimia, canyoning Zoodochoo Pigis Canyon with Wild Nature Expeditions, I would highly recommend if adventure is what you are looking for use Kostas he was great! We also took a day trip to Argostoli to catch a ferry to Xi beach, quite a unique experience with the natural clay there, we would highly recommend it as well!!

All in all a great trip and wonderful accommodations!! We would definitely come back!!

The villa feels new, decorated to a high standard, very clean and comfortable. We were met by the housekeeper Lora who was very welcoming. There was wine, lager & water in the fridge and a bowl of fresh fruit. I would recommend hiring a car to get around. We had a wonderful stay at Neil’s place and would definitely recommend.

Beautiful views within the fantastic pool area. The pool really is a great size for swimming and for the children to play.
Loved being able to walk to such a beautiful, natural beach nearby (might be tricky to walk up/down with very young children but my youngest at 6 years old were absolutely fine).
Host was perfect, very responsive, friendly and helpfully booked us a lovely local restaurant for our first night.
Highly recommend this villa.
